OIF Update, June 2, 2009: US Soldier Dies of Combat-Related Injuries in Baghdad

BAGHDAD, June 2, 2009 -- A U.S. soldier died June 2 of combat-related injuries after an improvised explosive device detonated near a patrol in eastern Baghdad.
The soldier’s name is being withheld pending notification of next of kin.
