It may be interesting to speculate about what would happen now if the United States hadn't invaded Iraq. Despite the long running blood feud between Iraq and Iran, I can't help but hear the voices of Saddam Hussein and Mahmoud Ahmadinejad in my head reciting in unison, "He who is the enemy of my enemy is my friend."
