I have to agree; for the time being the best policy for the US maybe a bit of abstinance from world affairs. They've done a fair bit of good but the whole Iraq war has bloodied their hands so to speak.
Let the rest of the world decide and if they decide the muscle is needed then support them
I didn't say it but I think the point here is that, since the start of the new year, Hillary has been saying some pretty outrageous stuff -- perhaps with the only goal of keeping her name in the news.
It's never too early to think about a presidential election.
Dealing with Iran just won't be easy. There are many issues and players. For example, the fact that Russia has supported Iran's nuclear program, buys Iran's oil, trades goods and arms with Iran, and shares a common border with Iran makes dealing with Iran through the UN problematic at best. And that's just the start....
