Your posting of news from today amply demonstrates why we are screwed. We have terrorists who can get valid (fake) papers just like any of the illegal invaders from Mexico. We have Putin bringing back Russian pride and old ways. We have Bush taking us on the Soviet way of doing things. We have oil companies screwing us. But, people are more interested in voting in American Idol than in next election.
