PACIFIC OCEAN (July 13, 2006) - Peruvian submarines and surface vessels accompany the guided-missile destroyer USS Carney (DDG 64) and the guided-missile frigate USS Halyburton (FFG 40) during Silent Forces Exercise (SIFOREX).
